	Silver Creek
	Resource Coordinator:	Kara Barrett Kara's Bio: Kara holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Southern Indiana. She also has a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. She has taught pre-school and special education, and worked as a Developmental Therapist for First Steps of Southern Indiana. Kara has been married for ten years and has a daughter and son. She is also an active member of Northside Christian Church. This is Kara’s second year as the Resource Coordinator at Silver Creek Elementary.
	Therapist:	Tammy Chappell Tammy's Bio: Tammy earned her Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Social Work degrees from Indiana University. She is a licensed clinical social worker and has 15 years experience working with adults, children and families. She currently works for Centerstone Mental Health as one of the three school based therapists provided by the Lilly CAPE grant.
	Case Manager:	Kaitlin Vogt Kaitlin's Bio: Kaitlin Vogt graduated from Indiana University Southeast in December of 2009. While in school she worked for the New Albany Housing Authority Youth Program as the Youth Program Organizer. Kaitlin has coached diving at Floyd Central High School for five years. She currently works for the CAPS program at New Hope Services as a case manager.
